EMX Corporation is an energy management consulting firm based in Washington, D.C. We assist our clients in Facility Management and specialize on demand-side energy management. We consult on existing buildings, as well as new buildings. We also have experience in developing energy concepts for Net zero Energy buildings and facilities.
Net Zero Energy buildings create their own energy using renewable sources, and don’t use any more energy than they produce. EMX uses existing technology in an innovative way to reduce energy consumption in commercial buildings. We have numerous facilities that incorporate solar and geothermal technologies to drastically reduce energy-related operating costs for our clients.
